I really enjoy staying here and will come again in the next visit.

This hotel is in a very good location for tourists. It's safe with a lot of activities, shops and restaurants in walking distant. The office and cleaning staffs are friendly and very helpful. I enjoy staying here as they made me feel like home.

OK place to stay for a short period of time

I liked that the location of the hotel was quite comfortable. It is located to so far away from the center and main sightseeing. The view from my room was nice. The air conditioner and fan were working fine. There as a small family mart shop nearby as well as Starbucks

I didn't like the smell in the room. I had to open all windows to let the odor get out of the room. Moreover, the personnel didn't speak in English. I find it quite weir because many foreigners lived there before and left good reviews.

The staff does their best to handle all situations and ensure it’s guests are safe. Defintely coming back here again!

Location is great. Place was clean the staff were very accommodating and the bathroom was certainly a nice change from hotels I’ve recently experienced. I like that they had both a fan and aircon in the room. They were very eco friendly with the room key giving power to the room. Wifi on every floor was a great convenience.

I did not get a city view for my room instead it was a view of a rooftop where I think laundry was being done just outside my room. I was bummed about that but too tired to care. At one point they had chained the front doors of the hotel with a bike lock chain upon my return to the hotel in the early morning. My concern of a fire with no place to escape came to mind.

Because the hotel was centrally located, there was a lot of activity on the street. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but there is a lot of activity.

Got a free upgrade on booking.com. Great value. Top floor suite for $18.00, including bath tub and city view. Nice Chinese style restaurant across the road, not Vietnamese, wontons etc.

Convenience stores, ATMs etc are quite far from the hotel, so not very convenient in that regard.

good location, room were adecuarte, again the staff was wonderful.

the desk personnel was fabulous. to me was worth the stay. they helped me when I needed help. when I mistaken the currency exchange, the young man was very patient with me.
